Still awake!

Maybe someone put crack in my food last night or something.
SERIOUSLY!
I slept for about 1 hour total, I think. I dozed from 6 to a little after seven. Then at 7 something I woke up and the brain STARTED AGAIN. (blah blah blah!)
So, I went to work. I am here now just waiting for the ceiling to fall on my head.
My coworkers have assured me that they will lower me to the floor if they find me sleeping on my desk so that I don’t fall off and get a concussion.
Also, Casey is the coolest. He cleaned the snow off my car this morning. awwwww.

I know why you are awake– you can’t sleep for the EXCITEMENT of getting a fabulous hair cut!! Hahahahah. But I am so not kidding. I am the pickiest of the picky and you are gonna be happy with Lisa at Salon Luna— I know it. (uh, but if you hate it, please don’t hate me . . )

Isn’t it **The Best** when people clean off your car??? I have some neighbors who like to do that…unfortunately, they were no where to be found this morning.

Being awake like that? Is just the time to constantly harass Casey. Here’s how it goes in our house on an (almost) nightly basis:
Me: Hey Rob, are you sleeping?
Rob: Yes.
Me: Oh… *sigh* Okay then.
Toss. Turn. Sigh. Toss. Turn.
Me: Are you still sleeping?
Rob: Yes. Is there something you need?
Me: Oh no, it’s okay. Never mind.
Sigh. Toss. Turn. Move blankets around. Flip pillow. Harrumph.
Rob: What is going on?
Me: Um… I don’t know. Wanna go watch a movie?
Rob: No!
Me: But I’m AWAKE!

Now you know that I love you, but let’s look at this logically. Casey was able to sleep, you were not. But Casey was the one that woke up and got out of bed to shovel the car out? You were up anyway, let the poor guy rest :-p

Must be something in the water. I was up until the wee hours this week, too. Post how the haircut goes… I have “fine” hair and my last cut at Umi Salon on Newbury was just so suburban. It was really disappointing because everyone in that place had amazing hairstyles. I would have gone to a cut-and-go place if I wanted a plain bob.

I have fine hair too. I once (7th grade) got a perm and the curl only lasted one day. It went right back to being straight. Oh well. Can’t wait to see your haircut!
